Terms of Service

A free tool for ranking albums, songs and playlists through head-to-head choices, and for sharing and comparing those rankings with other people.

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens under it.

The rankings you save are yours. By saving them you allow us to store and display them, publicly, as described in the Privacy Policy: on your profile, on shareable ranking pages, in comparisons and in the community ranking. You can delete them at any time from the Account page.

Please do not:

• break the law or others' rights, or use the service to harass anyone;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with or overload the service (including automated scraping or excessive requests);
• use another person's name or picture to pretend to be them.

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules or harms the service.

Song and album information, artwork and 30-second previews come from Apple's iTunes Search API, and playlists from Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube. They belong to their respective owners and are shown only to help you rank. VinylDuel is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Google, Spotify or YouTube.

The service is provided "as is", without promises that it will always be available, error-free, or that data such as the community ranking is accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using VinylDuel and delete your data at any time. We may change or discontinue the service, and we will try to give notice of major changes.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
